Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was convenient for those visiting NAU, but finding the entrance was a bit tricky. The service was exceptional, although the noise in the hallway was a downside. The dining options were good with plenty of choices, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and convenient. The rooms were quiet and had comfortable beds, although the sheets were a bit wrinkled. The location was good, but finding the entrance was a bit tricky. The service was kind and helpful, but it could be noisy in the hallways early in the morning. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection of hot and cold options. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were not as clean as I had hoped, and the lack of basic amenities like a microwave or mini-fridge was a downside. Despite the rooms being large, they were not individually climate controlled. On the bright side, the service was friendly and helpful, even though they had a unique approach to cleaning rooms. The location was convenient, but finding the entrance was a bit tricky. The dining experience was not up to par with other hotels I've stayed at, but the local focaccia bread was a nice touch.
